Welcome to hometastic! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the hometastic mobile application (the “Service”) operated by us. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. 2. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

Hometastic allows you to create contents like tasks, meals, routines, groups and other data forms which may contain text or images. Hometastic, don’t use this data for advertising purposes, nor share it with 3P services except with our backend functionality provider Firebase. We do so for the primary functioning of the application. When uploading this data, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content to operate and improve the Service. If you believe your copyrighted content has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us via email at rohit.agarwal.pro@gmail.com for DMCA-related matters.

4. In-App Purchases

The Service provide a monthly or a yearly subscription plan to convert free users to premium users. We rely on 3P service “RevenueCat” for facilitating the purchase, which also include showing the paywall. For more information on that refer to the privacy policy of their website at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.

5. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions provided to us regarding the Service may be used without compensation or obligation to you. We may implement your feedback to improve the app at our sole discretion.

6. Promotions

We do not currently offer or plan to offer any promotions, contests, or sweepstakes through the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We value your privacy and are committed to handling your data responsibly that’s why we don’t use your data for advertising purpose, or share them with any 3P except with our backend provider “Firebase”, which is needed for the functioning of the application.

  • When you sign up using an OAuth provider such as Google, we collect basic account information including your email address, name, and profile photo.
  • The core functionality of hometastic allows users to create and share content such as meals, recipes, tasks, groups, and images. This user-generated data is used solely to operate and provide the core services of the app.
  • All such data is securely stored using Firebase, and is subject to Firebase’s privacy and data handling policies.
  • In addition, we collect telemetry and diagnostic data to help improve our product and ensure a smooth user experience. This information is collected through third-party services including:
    • Firebase Analytics
    • Crashlytics
    • Sentry

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes where required by law. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
